IOSNO – Becoming Me comes to Sassari on Saturday, 13 March 2027 at 9:00 pm, at the Teatro Politeama Verdi. Written and performed by IOSNO, the show offers an experience of psychophysical and metacognitive exploration in which body and mind become tools for observing what happens within us.
A participatory experience
Rather than simply watching a story unfold, the audience is invited to take part in the journey through prompts, reflections and guided experiences. At its heart is metacognition: the ability to observe one’s own mental processes and recognise how thoughts influence emotions and everyday experience. The audience’s involvement guides them in exploring thoughts, emotions and automatic responses that often remain in the background of daily life.
The journey offers no predetermined answers: everyone can experience it at their own pace and take away personal insights. The evening thus unfolds as a space for discovery and awareness, with insights that can accompany each person on their journey even after the show.
