As part of the 'I mercoledì del Conservatorio' series, harpist Giulia Sini presents the concert 'The Narrating Harp: landscapes, fantasies and dances', a musical journey through different eras and styles.

On September 23rd at 7:00 PM, at the Sala Sassu of the Conservatorio Canepa, a recital by the young musician Giulia Sini will take place. The event, titled 'The Narrating Harp: landscapes, fantasies and dances', explores the expressive capabilities of the instrument through a diverse repertoire.

Musical program

First part: pieces by John Thomas, Mikhail Mchedelov, Michail Ivanovič Glinka, Louis Spohr and Albert Zabel.
Second part: performances of Franz Liszt, Jean-Michel Damase and the closing with Bedřich Smetana's The Moldau.

Artist profile

Giulia Sini, who graduated with honors from the Conservatorio di Sassari, boasts an intense artistic and teaching activity. Among her recent successes are the first prize at the IV Eleonora d'Arborea International Competition in 2025 and the first prize at the XIV Amigdala international music competition in Sicily.
