On May 28, 2027 Vincenzo Schettini brings “Journey to the Center of Physics” to the Teatro Comunale di Sassari: a show combining science communication, technology and demonstrations, with the audience directly involved in discovering scientific phenomena.
Physics becomes a show
The event takes place on Friday, May 28, at 9:00 p.m.. The professor guides the audience through seven themes: time, music, energy, mystery, knowledge, the universe and life. It is a journey connecting the laws of physics to everyday experiences, from discoveries in electricity to contemporary technologies, and on to questions about the stars.
Audience interaction is part of the evening: Schettini steps down among the spectators, alternating explanations, demonstrations and questions for the audience. The program also includes oral quizzes, woven into the dialogue between the professor and his audience.
