The Traffic Police have scheduled speed checks on Sardinia’s main extra-urban roads from Monday, November 2 to Sunday, November 8. Checkpoints will be set up on roads in several provinces, including the SS 131 Carlo Felice and the Sassari-Olbia; motorists are urged to observe the speed limits to protect their own safety and that of others.

The published schedule lists the roads and the areas concerned for each day. The SS 131 Carlo Felice appears on several days, with checks on the stretches listed in the provinces of Cagliari, Oristano, Nuoro and Sassari. Other roads include the SS 729 Sassari-Olbia, the Pedemontana and various branches and variants of the state road network.
