Caparezza has returned to Sardinia for one of the most eagerly awaited events of the Alguer Summer Festival 2026. On Saturday 22 August, the Apulian rapper and singer-songwriter took to the stage at the Ivan Graziani Amphitheatre in Maria Pia, in Alghero, for the Sardinian date of his new tour.
The event, starting at 21:30, reached sold-out status, with tickets sold out and unavailable at the box office on the day of the event.
Alghero hosts the tour’s only Sardinian date
The Alguer Summer Festival date was the only event in Sardinia announced for Caparezza’s 2026 summer tour.
The artist’s return to live performance came four years after his last tour, the one associated with Exuvia. The new schedule, called Orbit Orbit Live Tour 2026, travels through some of Italy’s leading festivals from June to September and officially includes the Alghero date on 22 August.
Another sold-out show for the Alguer Summer Festival
Caparezza’s sell-out confirms the importance of the Alguer Summer Festival in the calendar of summer events in northern Sardinia.
The festival, held mainly at the Ivan Graziani Amphitheatre, brought numerous leading names in Italian music to Alghero during the summer, turning the Maria Pia area into one of the Island’s leading music venues.
The Caparezza concert, organised by Shining Production in collaboration with the Municipality of Alghero and Fondazione Alghero, thus ranks among the most highly anticipated events of the 2026 edition.
