Taxpayers in Sassari can view their 2026 TARI payment notice online, following the postponement that delayed the issuing of the bills until the end of August.
The postponement was necessary to complete approval of the financial and economic plan for the waste service and the new rates, which were definitively approved by the City Council at the end of July.
The documentation can now be managed through the Municipality of Sassari’s Multiservice Portal, so there is no need to wait for the paper notice to arrive.
How to view TARI 2026 online
To view your tax position, you need to access the Municipality’s online services and open the Multiservice Portal.
You can authenticate using SPID, an Electronic Identity Card or a National Services Card. In your personal area, you can check your TARI position, download the payment notice and review payments already made.
Anyone who previously authorised digital delivery of the documentation will also receive the notice at the email address provided and will not receive a paper copy. Other taxpayers will continue to receive the documentation at home.
How to pay TARI in Sassari
Payment can be made through the PagoPA system, using the details provided in the notice.
The system allows you to pay online or through the enabled channels of payment service providers, such as banks, online banking, post offices and authorised retail outlets.
The Multiservice Portal also allows you to view receipts at a later date, making it easier to check your tax situation.
TARI 2026 deadlines
In July, while awaiting the finalisation of the relevant measures, the Municipality had announced a schedule with the first or only instalment due on 30 September, followed by the subsequent deadlines of 30 October, 30 November and 31 December 2026.
To avoid errors, it is still advisable to refer to the dates stated directly on the 2026 TARI notice available in your personal area.
Information and assistance
For questions about the amount due, your tax position or TARI procedures, you can call the 800 776 411 toll-free number of the Municipality of Sassari’s TARI Office.
The service also provides assistance with booking appointments with the tax offices.
The availability of notices online therefore allows taxpayers in Sassari to check and pay their 2026 TARI directly from home, without necessarily having to wait for the paper bill to be delivered.
