The Rally Italia Sardegna 2026 is looking for staff ahead of the WRC World Championship event, scheduled from 1 to 4 October with its operational base in Alghero.

Direzione Lavoro Group, through its Sassari branch, has opened applications for male and female welcoming staff, who will work on behalf of Winch S.r.l., the company awarded the contract to organize the event.

Staff will work in the various locations in northern Sardinia along the special stages.

What welcoming staff will be required to do

The work will mainly involve managing and ensuring the safety of spectators along the rally routes.

The duties include checking that spectators are correctly positioned in the designated areas, preventing access to unauthorized or dangerous zones, and checking passes for VIP areas.

Operators will also help ensure compliance with the measures established for spectator safety during the days of competition.

Requirements: no experience needed

To apply, no previous experience in the role is required.

However, the job posting requires availability to work outdoors and in areas that may also be remote, good physical stamina, and the ability to work extended shifts, mainly standing.

The following are also required: reliability, attentiveness, the ability to interact with the public, and willingness to travel.

An important requirement is having your own car, as staff will be assigned to the various areas affected by the special stages.

How much you can earn working at Rally Sardegna 2026

The offer includes a fixed-term contract, with the classification indicated in the announcement under the AISS national collective agreement.

The pay is €10 net for each hour of service worked.

The work period coincides with the event dates, from 1 to 4 October 2026, with shifts determined according to the organization’s schedule.
